Katrina even though necessary for some plot points can be a back seat character and there's nothing you can do to change that While using the lovers. The only real way FOX would not tweak using a show is that if it has blowout rankings, American Idol at some point slumped and was tweaked as well. This is what FOX does and Except if you could become an exec their and make alterations it isn't really planning to end.
